These web pages have been designed using CSS1. This leaves the pages as primarily content, which is easier to present in alternate formats.
Access Keys
A small number of access keys have been defined.

All pages have been validated as either XHTML 1.0 'strict' or 'transitional'.
These pages will look a little prettier in a browser that supports CSS1. It has been reviewed to look as intended in the following browsers:

- Mozilla 1.6, Windows XP
- Mozilla 1.7.8, Linux
- Opera 7.51, Windows XP
- Epiphany 1.4.8, Linux
Additionally, it has been reviewed for use-ability under the following:
