Okay, I think that this is the last of what I’ve had the urge to write lately: What is god? part 2: Questions raised, and Things I Do Like About Religion.
I decided to write down a few thoughts on litter. I also added some Words To Read By to my discussion on god.
I also noticed that I have more updates in the last week than in the past year ;^)
I reorganized the back end of the web page. Most of this is all behind the scenes. Other things, like the introduction of the games section and the consolidation of the writing section aren’t.
I’ve updated the links in the site proper, and the 2001 news items as best I can, but the rest is left as a consequence of progress.
I’ve added an example game to Pi.
The promised philosophical thoughts, What is God? is finished. It’s filed under Poetry for the moment, but I may have to reorganize my web file a bit.
I’m considering some additional comments on this topic. They will be written as I feel like it and have time.
I have finally put together rules for the Game of Pi, my entry for the Abstract Game Design Competition. Find it normally under cool stuff.
They allow two entries and I wouldn’t mind having another one if I find time. I’ve also had some interesting philosophical thoughts. Watch this space.
I finally finished the rest of the Everway resource cluster around that story I wrote a few weeks ago.
As for random web madness, if you having nothing better to do in November, write a novel.
Myself, I’ll probably be working on the Abstract Game Design Competition.
Well, that last update never actually made it up. It seems that after being bought, sold, and rebranded several times, the web space services formally known as Xoom simply ceased to exist, without notice.
So, It looks like I’m moving onto my ISP’s space, and hoping that I don’t need a new ISP any time soon.
I also cleaned up a few things, such as getting a new Weather Report, (Weather.com has grown rather ponderous in it’s load times) and adding to link to my Martial Arts Organization.
I put up a new Everway Story, How the Famine Was Lifted. Eventually there will be a hero, magic, and realm description to go along with it.
I’ve also been needing to change the Rubicon Games links to Gaslight Press for quite some time now.
